Join Fire Studio in Santiago, Cape Verde for an intimate week of movement, adventure, culture, and connection on the Atlantic coast. Our home base is Tarrafal, a laid-back coastal village surrounded by dramatic mountains, lush valleys, and beautiful beaches. Swim in turquoise water. Wander through local villages. Hike through the mountains of Serra Malagueta. Share long lunches and dinners filled with fresh, local flavors. Watch the sun disappear over the Atlantic. And make time for the kind of rest that rarely makes it onto the calendar. This is wellness without the rigidity, movement without pressure, and adventure without rushing. Seven days. One beautiful island. A little more room to breathe.
