YOGA + ART THERAPY :

A Self Care Group Class

Saturday May 18, May 25, June 1, June 8, June 15, June 22 @ 2pm

About the Class

This group will provide participants with guidance, structure, and flow that enables opportunities for self-care, self-reflection, and personal growth through wellness. The group will draw on the application of tactile and kinesthetic experiences of both yoga and art-making to assist in the building and strengthening of nonverbal neural pathways in the service of growth and healing. Each week will feature a different theme designed to encourage participants to reflect on different aspects of their health and wellness, both physical and mental. The group is facilitated by a licensed and board-certified art therapist, who will introduce therapeutically informed approaches, but it is not a therapy group.
