The Program

Ready to get stronger than ever? Fire Strength Series is built to help you push past limits, increase your max lifts, and walk away with the knowledge and confidence to train like an athlete.

Over the course of the program, you’ll:

    •    Increase your max strength in foundational lifts: squat, bench press, deadlift, shoulder press, and more.

    •    Learn how to lift with great form and technique, reducing risk of injury and improving efficiency.

    •    Complete fitness assessments and max tests so you’ll always know what weight is right for you in every class.

    •    Track your progress week by week with structured programming and expert coaching.

Fire Strength Series is a results-driven 12-week strength training program designed to build muscle (hypertrophy), increase strength, and help you track progress every step of the way. Limited to just 6 participants, this small-group class offers personalized coaching from expert trainers Eddie and Tianni. The program kicks off with a comprehensive intake session to assess your starting point—tracking metrics like body weight, muscle mass, and max lifts—while setting clear goals and aligning your nutrition for success. Throughout the program, you’ll receive tailored guidance, ongoing feedback, and access to a private WhatsApp group for direct communication and accountability. The program wraps up by re-assessing your metrics, so you can see exactly how far you’ve come. This is not just a workout—it’s a transformation.

The Details

WHEN:

4x a week from 7-8am (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

PROGRAMMING:

Programming will be sent weekly to the Fire Strength Series private member chat.

Monday: Lower Body with Eddie

Tuesday: Upper Body with Tianni

Thursday: Lower Body with Tianni

Friday: Upper Body with Eddie

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

The Strength Series classes 4x a week and and an unlimited membership for other classes for the full 12 weeks

Intake and outtake sessions to thoroughly track starting and end points

Private members only WhatsApp group with your coaches dedicated to lifting, nutrition, and progress questions

Nutrition goal setting and ongoing guidance

COST:

$1,400 (Just $29 a session) If you are a member, your regular membership charges will be paused during the Strength Series.
