Using dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training, benches, cables, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight you’ll shape your body like never before, build strength, boost your metabolism, and get shredded. 8 stations. 16 moves. 1 total body electrifying fitness experience!

ROW

ROW 50 is a rhythm-infused, calorie-burning, fitness experience! This music-based rowing class cranks up the heat with high-intensity rowing intervals set to playlists packed with the biggest hits. We'll jump off the rower to hit the weights and pump up your legs, arms, and core. And it's low impact, so your joints will thank you! Get ready to row, rock, and roll to the rhythm as you push your fitness limits!

Brandon

Brandon is a born and bred New Yorker— and it shows in his passion, drive, and heart. His love of fitness started with track and field, competing in both high school and college and eventually becoming a coach. In his pursuit of physical strength, he strives to bring awareness and mindfulness to all athletic endeavors. He is a Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise, a registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance, and certified Life Coach with the American Life Coach Academy. He is the co-founder of Fire + Voice and FIRE Studio!

Tiana

Raised in California but now a bonafide New Yorker, Tiana started dancing at the age of 2 and developed a love for the body, movement, and exploration. She is passionate about finding joy in movement, creating balance inside and outside of the gym, and challenging her limits— and about showing others they can do the same. She is a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Orthopedic Specialist with the American Council on Exercise, a registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance, a certified boxing coach with Every Body Fights, and certified Life Coach with the American Life Coach Academy. She is the co-founder of Fire + Voice and FIRE Studio!

Tianni

Tianni Davis is a certified Personal Trainer, Dancer, Indoor Rowing and Group Fitness Instructor— not to mention a dedicated Mother with a Bachelors in Art. Her passion for fitness and body movement began at the early age of 6, where she studied Modern, Jazz and African dance. She moved on to becoming a high school athlete, running track and field. She later solidified her place in the professional fitness world as a Personal Trainer at Equinox and one of the top Indoor Rowing Coaches on the UES. She specializes in strength & resistance training, indoor rowing, calisthenics, and bootcamp. Tianni is a natural motivator and passionately inspires people to reach their fullest physical potential while building inner strength and power.

Nina

Nina is a NYC based fitness and wellness professional with years of experience in yoga, meditation, barre, Pilates, and more. Nina has cultivated a deep understanding of mind-body practices, and her practice centers on reducing stress, finding joy, and cultivating a sense of belonging.

Kentrell

Born and raised in Harlem, Kentrell has been a trainer since 2013 with the ACE certification. He became a fitness entrepreneur in June of 2016 (Trell Nation Fitness LLC.) after spending over a decade developing healthy recipes in the food industry. Now he specializes in hypertrophy and fat loss with a focus on creating long term healthy habits that fit every client’s lifestyle. His approach is all about making fitness as natural and adaptable as possible while maintaining the structure and discipline necessary to see progress. Group fitness has given him the opportunity to reach more people in his community while also make fitness more accessible and less intimidating. He’s looking forward to helping  more people get in shape in 2024. 

April S.

April is NASM Certified Master Trainer with 11 years of experience working within the fitness industry. With an extensive background in dance and movement mediums like HIIT, dance cardio, barre, yoga sculpt, cardio kickboxing, aerial fitness, strength and resistance training, and rowing, she is passionate about empowering others through her classes

Rob

Rob was born and raised in New York City and has always been active through boxing, swimming, basketball, and working out. The loss of his grandmother inspired him to dive deeper into a healthy overall lifestyle and mindset, along with the teachings of Dr. Sebi. His approach to fitness is helping people realize they have all the power they need within and through fitness can achieve whatever they reach for. His goal is to help others obtain knowledge of self and prioritize self love in order to achieve a better tomorrow. He believes discipline brings results, and results brings happiness!

April H.

April has been dancing professionally for over fifteen years and has been performing on Broadway most recently. Her love of dance and movement eventually led her to become a group fitness instructor. She is NASM certified and has experience teaching indoor rowing, cardio dance, and barre fitness. April strives to incorporate her love of movement and musicality into each of her classes. More importantly, she wants to create a safe space for her clients to work on their personal wellness goals and leave her class feeling empowered!

Luc

Luc is a dynamic and dedicated personal trainer whose journey began in the vibrant culture of Haiti, leading him to the bustling streets of New York. His passion for fitness is matched only by his commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. As a strength coach, Luc is not just focused on building muscle; he’s dedicated to fostering mental resilience, pushing his clients to surpass their perceived limits and achieve new levels of strength and endurance. Recognizing the challenges of maintaining a fitness regimen, he also acts as an accountability coach, keeping clients motivated and on track. His empathetic and supportive nature fosters a positive training environment, encouraging a mindset geared towards success. Luc’s journey from Haiti to New York is a testament to his determination and resilience, qualities he passionately imparts to his clients.

Simone

Simoné’s unique athletic background (a former gymnast and dancer), woven with her National Academy of Sports Medicine studies, yoga training, and extensive group fitness experience allows her to serve each client in a meticulously tailored way. Simoné allows the individual to get reacquainted with their best self through deep values of love, freedom, and honesty. Whether you are looking for a complete lifestyle transformation, lowering your blood pressure by a few points, adding a little conscious movement and breath to your week - or something in between - you are guaranteed to leave each session feeling proud of yourself.

Jenna

Jenna is an actress, singer, dancer, and choreographer. She is a certified personal trainer with NASM, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Prenatal Certified Trainer, and an inspired athlete with expertise in weight lifting, TRX, bodyweight training, barre workout, and a strong background in Yoga and Pilates. She is passionate about helping others find their inner and outer strength through exercise and movement.

Josh

Josh is originally from North Carolina and moved to New York in 2012. He is a certificated PT with Sports Nutritionist and Transformation certificates from ISSA. He focuses on Crossfit, calisthenics, and HIIT training. He played sports all his life incuding football, baseball, cross country and track and field. He has also enjoyed weightlifting all his life and loves sharing that passion with his clients.

Kaitlin

Kaitlin came to the world of fitness via competitive swimming. She is a former Division 1 swimmer, and is currently the co-head coach of the Hunter College Women’s Swim Team and assistant coach of the Red Tide Masters Swim Team. Kaitlin is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and has taught HIIT, cardio and strength classes at NYC boutique studios.

  • Absolutely! Classes are accessible to all fitness levels and background, and our coaches are trained to modify movements so that they work for you.

  • Everyone will burn a different amount of calories based on their unique body (and how hard you work!) On average you can expect to burn 400-600 calories a class.

  • Of course! We can set you up with 1-1 coaching, and everyone on our team can give you nutrition info to help you on your health journey.
