THE MOM membership
Don’t go through pregnancy and motherhood alone. Stay connected to your body and community with daily pre and post natal strength training and yoga where you can bring your baby. Classes are designed to empower you to move safely and effectively in this new chapter — and feel stronger than ever! MOM Strong and MOM Yoga classes are Monday - Friday at 2pm.

The senior membership
The SENIOR class SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for LIfe) is a fun, energizing workout class specifically designed for seniors to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall mobility, helping you stay active and independent for years to come. This class combines low-impact aerobic exercises, functional movements, and strength training to enhance your daily activities and boost confidence in movement. SAIL classes are Monday - Friday at 1pm.

The TEEN Membership isn’t just about working out—it’s about building a strong foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle that will serve your teen for years to come. ROW
ROW 50 is a rhythm-infused, calorie-burning, fitness experience! This music-based rowing class cranks up the heat with high-intensity rowing intervals set to playlists packed with the biggest hits. We'll jump off the rower to hit the weights and pump up your legs, arms, and core. And it's low impact, so your joints will thank you! Get ready to row, rock, and roll to the rhythm as you push your fitness limits!

Brandon
Brandon is a born and bred New Yorker— and it shows in his passion, drive, and heart. His love of fitness started with track and field, competing in both high school and college and eventually becoming a coach. In his pursuit of physical strength, he strives to bring awareness and mindfulness to all athletic endeavors. He is a Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise, a registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance, and certified Life Coach with the American Life Coach Academy. He is the co-founder of Fire + Voice and FIRE Studio!
Tiana
Raised in California but now a bonafide New Yorker, Tiana started dancing at the age of 2 and developed a love for the body, movement, and exploration. She is passionate about finding joy in movement, creating balance inside and outside of the gym, and challenging her limits— and about showing others they can do the same. She is a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Orthopedic Specialist with the American Council on Exercise, a registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance, a certified boxing coach with Every Body Fights, and certified Life Coach with the American Life Coach Academy. She is the co-founder of Fire + Voice and FIRE Studio!
Tianni
Tianni Davis is a certified Personal Trainer, Dancer, Indoor Rowing and Group Fitness Instructor— not to mention a dedicated Mother with a Bachelors in Art. Her passion for fitness and body movement began at the early age of 6, where she studied Modern, Jazz and African dance. She moved on to becoming a high school athlete, running track and field. She later solidified her place in the professional fitness world as a Personal Trainer at Equinox and one of the top Indoor Rowing Coaches on the UES. She specializes in strength & resistance training, indoor rowing, calisthenics, and bootcamp. Tianni is a natural motivator and passionately inspires people to reach their fullest physical potential while building inner strength and power.
Rob
Rob was born and raised in New York City and has always been active through boxing, swimming, basketball, and working out. The loss of his grandmother inspired him to dive deeper into a healthy overall lifestyle and mindset, along with the teachings of Dr. Sebi. His approach to fitness is helping people realize they have all the power they need within and through fitness can achieve whatever they reach for. His goal is to help others obtain knowledge of self and prioritize self love in order to achieve a better tomorrow. He believes discipline brings results, and results brings happiness!
Jenna
Jenna is an actress, singer, dancer, and choreographer. She is a certified personal trainer with NASM, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Prenatal Certified Trainer, and an inspired athlete with expertise in weight lifting, TRX, bodyweight training, barre workout, and a strong background in Yoga and Pilates. She is passionate about helping others find their inner and outer strength through exercise and movement.
Josh
Josh is originally from North Carolina and moved to New York in 2012. He is a certificated PT with Sports Nutritionist and Transformation certificates from ISSA. He focuses on Crossfit, calisthenics, and HIIT training. He played sports all his life incuding football, baseball, cross country and track and field. He has also enjoyed weightlifting all his life and loves sharing that passion with his clients.
Kaitlin
Kaitlin came to the world of fitness via competitive swimming. She is a former Division 1 swimmer, and is currently the co-head coach of the Hunter College Women’s Swim Team and assistant coach of the Red Tide Masters Swim Team. Kaitlin is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and has taught HIIT, cardio and strength classes at NYC boutique studios.

Absolutely! Classes are accessible to all fitness levels and background, and our coaches are trained to modify movements so that they work for you.

Everyone will burn a different amount of calories based on their unique body (and how hard you work!) On average you can expect to burn 400-600 calories a class.
